Consulting / Team workshop and mentoring
Team workshops and founder mentoring
Some problems don’t need a report. They need your team in one room for a day, or a founder with someone to think out loud with.
Team workshop
One day of joint work with your team, in person or online.
A full day for a team of up to ten. Together with your team we go through the data you already have (CRM, ERP, Google Analytics, sales records) and show how to collect, interpret and use it better. The topics are the path from first contact to a closed sale, whether you sell products or services, the marketing plan, Google Ads, search optimisation and handling a sales conversation.
- We work on your own figures and your own site. No textbook examples.
- Marketing and sales work together on the same goals
- We add how you organise the work, if that’s where things get stuck
- Your team keeps a written checklist and uses it long after we leave
Workshop program
We adapt the program to your business in an introductory call before the workshop. The work is based on your real data and your own site.
- 1Before the day
Preparation
We analyse your site, Google Analytics and ad accounts, together with data from your business systems (CRM and ERP), sales from the shop or the till, invoices, and records of enquiries, calls and quotes sent. For service providers we track the conversion rate in particular: what share of enquiries becomes a quote, and what share of quotes becomes signed work. In an introductory call we agree the priorities of the workshop, and you receive a list of data and questions to prepare.
- 2Morning
Analysis of the current situation
We analyse your real indicators: the sources of visits, enquiries and sales, how much you must invest to achieve one sale, and the stages at which you lose potential customers.
Skills your team gainsReading Google Analytics reports and sales data, and working out the marketing cost per sale achieved. - 3Late morning
From first contact to sale
We map the customer’s path from first contact to payment or a signed contract. For retailers: bringing online and offline sales together (stock levels, in-store pick-up, prices, loyalty card). For service providers: receiving enquiries, recording them and answering in good time.
Skills your team gainsFinding the stage where customers are lost and setting up event tracking (click, basket, enquiry) with Google Tag Manager. Retailers learn to measure how many shop visitors come because of the site, service providers to keep a tidy enquiry log. - 4Around noon
Site design and usability (UI and UX)
Together we review your site as a customer would: the home page, product or service pages, the basket or enquiry form, and the mobile view. For every problem found you get a concrete recommendation on what to change: layout, copy, call-to-action buttons, loading speed and trust elements (references, reviews). We also assess whether a ready-made theme or a custom build pays off better.
Skills your team gainsJudging a site’s usability and design, writing calls to action and ordering changes by their effect on sales. - 5Afternoon
Marketing and advertising
We assess the profitability of your marketing channels and budgets: what to keep and what to drop. Google Ads, organic search, content and the site are judged by actual results.
Skills your team gainsSetting up and monitoring a Google Ads campaign with a spending limit, search engine optimisation basics, and judging when it pays to invest more and when to cut back or stop. - 6Late afternoon
Measurement and division of responsibility
We define the key performance indicators your team follows weekly, who is responsible for each, and what the monthly report contains.
Skills your team gainsSetting up Looker Studio (formerly Google Data Studio) and building a one-page weekly overview of the key indicators. - 7End of the day
Plan for 30, 60 and 90 days
You receive a written plan that names the person responsible and the deadline for every step, together with a checklist your team keeps using after we leave.
Skills your team gainsRunning the plan independently and reviewing progress every week.
Founder mentoring
For the person who makes the calls.
You make the calls. We’ve made most of them before, and some of them wrong.
- Two sessions a month, two hours each
- Send us a question between sessions and you’ll get an answer
- We go through your plans and your investor deck
Prices are in euro for Serbia, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Montenegro, Ireland and the EU. For the UK, Canada and Australia we quote in your currency.
How we start working together
A free call
Thirty minutes. We’ll tell you straight whether we can help.
The review
We find where you lose the most customers, using your own figures.
Goals and a plan
We agree on three goals you can measure, set a budget, and decide who does what first.
A monthly check
No measurable progress after three months? You can walk away without notice.
Questions we hear
Can the workshop be held online?
Yes. It’s the same programme over video conference, at a lower price. Your people join from the office or from home. If your team is spread over several places, it’s often the easier choice.
How is a consultant different from an agency?
An agency sells hours, and it often earns more when your ad budget grows. We sell judgement, and we answer for the plan. We can tell you to spend less, switch agencies or shut a channel down, because none of your ad money comes to us.

- Every month you get a report against the goals we agreed, in your client portal
Prices are in euro for Serbia, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Montenegro, Ireland and the EU. For the UK, Canada and Australia we quote in your currency.
Three ways to get experienced leadership for your online marketing and sales
You can hire a full-time director. You can hand the job to an agency. Or you can bring in our team for two days a month. Here’s what each one really means for you.
| What’s worth knowing | Our expert team in your companyAdelfia Systems, two days a month | A full-time directoron your payroll | An agencyhandling your ads |
|---|---|---|---|
| How soon can someone experienced start? | Within two weeks, with 25 years of experience behind them | Finding the right person usually takes months | A few weeks, and it depends who they put on your account |
| Who decides where the marketing money goes? | You do, with our advice. We earn nothing from your ad budget. | You do, through the director | Often the agency. Many take a share of your ad budget. |
| Does anyone look at marketing and sales together? | Yes. That’s the whole job, from the first contact to the closed deal. | Sometimes | Rarely. They look after the ads. |
| Will they understand your business, whether you sell products or services? | Yes. We have experience in retail, logistics, tourism, engineering and other services. | Depends on the experience they bring | Often only in industries where they already have clients |
| Will your own team know more afterwards? | Yes. We teach your people as we go, on real tasks, so the know-how stays in your company when we leave. | Yes, as long as that person stays | Rarely. The know-how stays with the agency. |
| What does it cost each month? | €2,200 | A senior salary, plus tax and contributions | A monthly fee, often with a share of ad spend on top |
| How long are you tied in? | Three months, then month to month | An employment contract | Often six to twelve months |

- 2First month

Skills your team gainsInterpreting key indicators and setting measurable goals. - 3Second month
Putting the plan into action
We launch the agreed activities: fixing tracking, improving the site and ads, linking online and offline sales. Your team works beside us on real tasks.
Skills your team gainsSetting up event tracking, running ad campaigns and improving the site (UI and UX). - 4Third month
First review of results
We compare results with the agreed goals. If there is no measurable progress, you can end the cooperation without notice.
Skills your team gainsReading the monthly report and deciding on the budget. - 5From the fourth month
Monthly rhythm
Two working days and eight hours of online meetings a month, with a report in your client portal. Step by step we hand more of the work over to your team.
Skills your team gainsRunning routine tasks independently and following a weekly overview of indicators.

An agency sells hours, and it often earns more when your ad budget grows. We sell judgement, and we answer for the plan. We can tell you to spend less, switch agencies or shut a channel down, because none of your ad money comes to us.
Where should we start?
With the review, most of the time. If you already know what’s wrong and need someone to lead, go straight to “Our expert team in your company”. Got a strong team that just needs direction? Growth advisory will do. We usually sort this out on the free call.

Consulting / Growth review and advisory
Find what’s holding sales back. Then keep the plan on track.
Most clients start with the review. If you carry on with us afterwards, we take its fee off your first month of advisory.
Online growth review
For companies that feel they should sell more online but can’t put a finger on why.
- We check your site, ads, search rankings and tracking with TraffMaxPro, our own platform
- We map the path from first visit to repeat order with your real figures
- You get a written report with ten fixes, what each should bring and what it costs
- Then we sit down with your team for ninety minutes
Growth advisory
For teams that can do the work and need someone to point the way.
- A 90-day plan in month one, refreshed every quarter
- A weekly 30-minute call with you or your team lead
- Marketing and sales chasing the same targets
- A monthly report in your client portal
Prices are in euro for Serbia, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Montenegro, Ireland and the EU. For the UK, Canada and Australia we quote in your currency.

How soon will we see anything?
The first changes come fast. We start with the quick fixes, like broken tracking or ads that spend money without selling anything. Building real demand takes months, and we’ll tell you that up front.

Consulting / Startups
The first customers are the hardest.
A young company rarely needs an agency. It needs someone who has walked this road already and knows where time and money get wasted. We have experience with startups, from the first steps to a leading position in the market. So we know how hard the first customers are to win, and what really helps.
Why work with us
- ExperienceWe’ve walked this road
- Advice from experience, not from books. We know where money and time are usually lost.
- CostExperience without a salary
- Senior people when you need them, not on your payroll.
- FocusYour numbers, not a textbook
- We work on your product, your customers and your budget. Advice you can use the same week.
- HonestyAn impartial opinion
- Someone who isn’t in love with your idea tells you plainly what works and what doesn’t.
What a young company needs, and when
- Before launch
Who will buy, and why
Before you spend a euro, you need to know who your customer is, which of their problems you solve, and why they would pick you. Together we shape your message and your price, then plan your first conversations with people who could really buy.
- First customers
Selling from zero
We test two or three online channels, each with a budget cap set in advance. Results are tracked from day one, so within a few weeks you know what a customer costs you and whether it pays off.
- Growth
After the first customers
When something starts to work, we put more into it. We build a twelve-month growth plan and the numbers investors will ask for, and we help make sure sales don’t depend on you alone.
Your online presence from day one
- WebsiteDesign that makes customers feel at home
- We teach you what makes good design and easy use (UI and UX), and help you choose between a ready-made theme and a custom build, without expensive mistakes at the start.
- StoreChoosing your online store platform
- If you sell online, we help you choose the platform that fits your business and your budget.
- MeasurementKnowing who visits your site
- We set up Google Analytics and Search Console before launch, so from day one you see who visits your site and what they do.
- TagsTracking codes without a developer
- With Google Tag Manager, we show you how tracking codes are added to the site, so you can manage them yourself instead of waiting for a developer each time.
- DataUnderstanding your numbers
- We set up tracking of customer behavior on your site (clicks, add to cart, enquiries) and teach you to create events and pull your own statistics. Together we read visits and sales, so you know where customers come from, what keeps them and what turns them away.
- AdsYour first Google ads, without wasted money
- We set up Google Ads campaigns so money doesn’t go to waste, with a clear spending limit.
Startup sprint
Four weeks to set everything up properly, before you start spending.
At the end of the sprint you have a clear picture of your customer and your message, a map of how people will find you, a plan for the next 90 days and tracking that works.
- Who your customer is and what you tell them
- How people will find you, from search and ads to social media and word of mouth
- A 90-day plan with a budget and goals
- Tracking set up so you see from day one what works
Skills you gain along the way
- Defining your target customer and writing a message that speaks to them
- Judging which channels can bring customers: search, ads, social media
- Setting up and reading basic reports in Google Analytics and Search Console
- Event tracking with Google Tag Manager
- Launching a first Google Ads campaign with a spending limit
- Following a 90-day plan against measurable goals
Quiz
Are you ready to approach investors?
Eight short questions, two minutes. You get an honest read on where you stand and what to do next.
Questions we hear
We haven’t launched yet. Can you still help?
Yes. Start with the four-week sprint. We work out your customer and your message, map how people will reach you, and get tracking working before you spend a cent on ads.

How we work
People buy online differently now
Your buyers do their homework alone. They search, ask AI assistants, read reviews and compare prices long before they talk to you. Cold calls reach fewer of them every year.
An illustration, not real data. It shows how many people make it through each stage.
So we look at the whole path
From the first visit to the second order, we find the spot where you lose the most people.
The light blue part is about getting found. Search results, AI answers, social media, marketplaces.
The grey part catches people who are ready to ask or buy, with ads, landing pages and offers.
The navy part is where interest turns into money. Quick replies and a clear offer matter here, along with a checkout that doesn’t get in the way and a good reason to come back.
From the first visit to the customer who comes back
- StrategyA plan for the next twelve months
- Which markets and channels deserve your money, and how much growth you can honestly expect.
- MarketingWhere the budget goes
- Google Ads, search, AI answers, social media and email. Each one gets a job and a spending limit.
- SalesTurning enquiries into orders
- How fast your team replies, what your offer says, how you follow up. Your sales shouldn’t hang on one person.
- E-commerceYour online store
- Picking or switching a platform, the catalogue, checkout and repeat orders. We’ve built and run stores on Magento 2, WooCommerce and Shopify.
- OrganisationHow your team works
- Who decides what. Which meetings to drop. A Kanban board people actually use.
- WebsiteDesign and usability
- UI and UX, and the choice between a ready-made theme and a site built to your needs.
- DataMeasurement and reporting
- Google Analytics, Search Console, Tag Manager and Looker Studio, together with your CRM and ERP data. Your team learns to collect and interpret it.
- Online and offlineOne sale, two channels
- Stock shown on the site, in-store pick-up, discount codes and loyalty card, so you can see what the site brings to the shop.
- TrainingTeaching your people
- Workshops and mentoring, so your team can run campaigns and read reports without calling us every week.
What changes when there’s a plan
Without a plan
- Every channel gets a bit of money, and nobody knows which one pays
- Your agency reports clicks. You care about orders.
- Your best salesperson goes on holiday and enquiries pile up
- You hear about problems from your customers first
With a plan
- You know what each new customer costs you
- Money moves to the channels that actually sell
- Everyone on the team knows what matters this month
- The report fits on one page. You read it.
